The Idea
This system is designed to facilitate and expedite the motor vehicle insurance claims process. The idea behind this system is to connect the needs of an end-to-end integrated insurance system. It accommodates various complex logics about insurance regulations, starting from receiving vehicle damage claims, scheduling surveys, managing the inflow and outflow of spare parts, arranging price estimates, up to issuing Vehicle Order Letters for workshops.
Outcome
This system also utilizes responsive design for mobile devices, which is essential for a surveyor when conducting a field survey.
